Meatballs with angel hair pasta and a Sardinian creamy cake for dessert. Couldn't lighten the pic.

Looks great - gimme some - LOL

If you were closer I would. The rest will probably be wasted.

I had a Coles gourmet pie last night - wow it was nice.

you buy it frozen
2 in a pack Coles Gourmet Beef & Cracked Black Pepper Pies
2 Pack 400g

$ 6 .00 online -
I paid $7.50 in the shop
It's not the cheap no name ones that people I know used to buy that were awful -
it is an expensive gourmet type.
As per the instructions - it took 45 minutes to cook in the electric oven on fan heat at 180 C.
It was a bit smaller than it looked on the pack so I could have easily eaten 2 pies
but I still have one left in the freezer.

Homemade potato soup with onions, bacon, and grated cheddar cheese. Iced tea and leftover chocolate cake from my son's birthday celebration. He is 19 now.

Tonight I cooked the other pie in the pack of 2 that I had:

I wish that I had cooked 2 of them as one wasn't enough.
Here it is as served:

Beef stroganoff, green peas, and cheesy potato slices.

I put a pork roast in the smoker for lunch and dinner tomorrow. Haven't decided on veggies.

Tonight......
Because I'm working at the base all night.
Tomato soup, some bread rolls
Small salad, pineapple, tomato and watermelon.
Couple of squares of dark chocolate

I'll get home real early in the morning and go to bed.
Sometime tomorrow I'll have a quick brunch.

Boring eh?
