I disagree. She is too strong of mind and will for that. And even though she is a factional player, it would be unreasonable to claim that sensible compromise, which I expect, is merely pawn like behavior, as I'll expect you to suggest.

Obama praised Rudd as a "great friend to America" after congratulating Gillard. Obama and Rudd are said to have bonded - is a rare thing for the president to bond with any other leader. Puzzling what those two have in common.
