Barbecue beef ribs. Our refrigerator freezer is on the blink and the ribs thawed, so they moved up on the rotation.

YUM!!!

I'm doing steaks again tonight with salad. Not sure what else to have and am still thinking on it.

This is what I had tonight:

I made a casserole lamb last night in my Pyrex casserole dish.
I put 2 forequarter lamb chops on a base of ¼ of a can of diced tomatoes and added -
2 onions and one potato all with a sprinkle of Italian herbs.
Turned electric oven to high until it started to cook then turned down to 190 C for 1.5 hours.
It was so delicious and tender that I’ll have to do it again.

Yes - slow cooking in a casserole is an amazing way to make something special for dinner.
If you did well and made a particularly nice meal please post a photo
and tell us how you did it.

Yes - you've posted a few pics.
It's easy to do nowadays with a mobile phone as I did.
Quicker than unpacking my DSLR.
