I haven't posted much as I've been unwell for the past 3 days.
I should be better before Thursday this week.

Thanks again Crew .. thanks for the link Neferti, I'll check out later ... for the moment the pro-biotics (Yakult or yoghurt) seems to be an effective treatment .. stop using it/them and the problem returns.

Seeing a different doctor? Yeah well that's been the plan, and actually I've seen several doctors in recent weeks, but due to an unrelated matter.

Rod Gear, my neighbourhood nuisance must be getting desperate. In recent times he's upped the ante with his stalking - usually every night. So I've taken to letting Max off the chain to go and maul the intruder. One night (in Nov) the intruder had just got under the wire and was hiding in the long grass beside the access track along my Eastern boundary. Max raced under the wire, blocked their exit and was growling. They (intruder) were now off my property so I called him off, and Max gave the deep growl he does when warning people. The stalking abated for a bit, then started again - Gear probably sending his sycophant rent boys - so I'd let Max go, and each morning a different vehicle would leave Gear's place.

22nd Nov .. Dogs have spent most of the time, bar short morning and evening walks to the letterbox after a feed, on the chain.
Was still dry but I thought I'd go see if there's any signs of pigs anyway. I let the dogs off except for Max, who I had dragging a long chain so I can prevent him chasing roos and wind up harassing someone's horses.
He was really excited, ran past me, the chain wipped around my ankles and he kept going.
I was putting a backpack on at the time and my feet were literally taken out from under me.

The result? Dislocated and broken shoulder, in 3 places ... oooh that hurt.
So I've been to Bundy hospital most weeks since, had Xrays (CAT scan once) and seen a different doctor at the fracture clinic every time since. Had 1 physio session so far.

So pardon my recent absence ... I wasn't avoiding you . I was just pre-occupied.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?
