Yep.
Andrews was adamant some time ago that his targets had to be achieved.
Now he reneges and says this is about as good as we can get....
In other words, he's given up on 5 cases per day as unachievable, but wont say so.
AND he announces lifting of restrictions on 1/11/2020.

Why is Andrews constantly referring to the 1st November, 2020.
Shouldnt he be guided by his "expert health and scientific" advice.

The 1st of November, 2020 is the date everyone is working towards...
The reasoning behind my prediction of the 1.11.2020 is this...
If you open everything up later...say 1.12.2020...its too late...for Christmas planning...
Its too late to apply for leave/holidays from the boss...
Too much uncertainty...
Its too late for travel plans...accomodation plans...buying large gifts to hand personally
to friends and relatives...cant do that if travel plans are uncertain...I know... buy small
gifts...less postage costs...
The retail industry would be screwed if they delayed opening up to 1.12.2020...
Thats only 3 weeks to Xmas...
Retail industry relies on Christmas trading every year to show a profit for the year...
Therefore its the 1st of November, 2020.
Besides, the AFL and NRL grand finals will be over...no large groups of pissheads...
The Qld election will be over...the Qld border will open the next day...
AND Andrews will open Victoria....

This laughable link is a classic example of how Australians are being conned.
The link refers to the qualifications of Mr Richards being an expert on narcissistic personality.
If he was such an expert, he would realize that a narcissist never changes, they never weaken,

Jeanette Young has kept the Qld border closed to Victoria and Sydney.
It appears from her "announcement" that people from outside Sydney can travel into
Sydney, then catch a plane, fly into Brisbane and not quarantine......
