I have loved art since my childhood.

Louis Armstrong.
Billy Holliday.
Vincent Van Gogh.
Tchaikovsky
Shakespeare.
Muddy Waters
Monet.

Van Gogh - He is the most emotionally present.
His art undulates, it feels, it is a Van Gogh.
It is not a pretty image, or amazingly lifelike.

You may not like it or understand it. You will 'see' it.
At some stage a Van Gogh hits me. Then I buy it.

Shakespeare is relationships and communicating.

To display how people feel about other people, try Shakespeare.
To work out what people are saying when they talk, how relationships and emotions affect our ways, read Shakespeare.

Billy Holliday is too visceral for me over an extended period.
One of her albums was quite upbeat but generally I could take about 3 of her tracks

I like Monet and Manet. I have seen both at exhibitions at the National Art Gallery in Canberra.

There is an Exhibition of Van Gogh next year. We already have tickets. :)
