Well it certainly is for those in Victoria and Queensland and rightfully so. It's like living in a prison.

Australia has been going down the gurgler for 40 years.
This is because of incompetent state and federal politicians.
Yes, there is doom and gloom.
If anyone doesnt realize this, then they are fkn morons.
Take your rose coloured glasses off cods....
Nothing will change in Australia whilst we have incompetent politicians in power.
The budget continues to subsidise anything and everything in Australia.
Look around you and observe how everything is subsidized.
Why is everything subsidized...
Because everything is so fkn expensive.....
I will post a list asap which will display the massive subsidies that are evident
in Australia....
To discover those who rule over you, first discover those who you cannot criticize...Voltaire
Its coming...the rest of the world versus islam....or is it here already...

the left do enjoy nitpicking...first they claim they will support most of the budget...then they harp on the ..It does nothing for females..

seriously where does the budget say "men only"..

this sums up Labor..

Prime Minister Scott Morrison yesterday criticised Labor for simultaneously attacking the level of debt and calling for more spending.

“If (Mr Albanese) wishes to spend more … then he needs to say what he needs to cut, which roads, which dams, which hospitals, which schools,” Mr Morrison said.

He’s for everything and he’s against everything, at exactly the same time.

makes sense to some!

ScoMo's snoring interrupts Albo's boring rubbish.

Federal budget 2020: Scott Morrison ignores Anthony Albanese’s budget reply speech
Alexis Carey OCTOBER 8, 20209:10PM

PM Scott Morrison has been savaged for closing his eyes, playing with his phone and turning his back during Albo’s budget reply.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison and fellow Coalition MPs have been slammed by high-profile Australians for repeatedly disrespecting Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese during his budget speech.

Mr Albanese delivered his reply to the federal budget on Thursday night, outlining a raft of ALP policies, including childcare reform.

But during his speech, attention soon turned to the behaviour of his political rivals.

Almost immediately, a string of well known Aussies as well as everyday people began sharing screenshots of politicians visibly ignoring the Labor leader as he spoke.

Mr Morrison, for example, turned away from Mr Albanese and repeatedly fiddled with his phone and even closed his eyes during the speech.

Federal Govt is today announcing $1.5 billion of funds to support manufacturing, over 4 years across 6 sectors. After 4 decades of manufacturing decline, it's a drop in a bucket. They're announcing now because no one will notice it on budget night.

After seven years of neglecting Australian manufacturing, the Morrison Government has today re-announced a re-packaged a plan to develop a plan for 10 years time.

Won't the Unions be looking to destroy any manufacturing in Australia just like they did before.

Government wants to boost Australian manufacturing after learning lessons of COVID-19

Australian Industry Group CEO Innes Willox says he welcomes the boost to Australia's manufacturing sector.

The Federal Government will pump close to $1.5 billion into Australia's manufacturing sector, outlining plans to shore up local production and strengthen supply chains in the wake of COVID-19.

Key points:
The money will be spent helping businesses develop scale and shore up supply chains
Research suggests Australia is one of the least self-sufficient advanced economies in terms of manufacturing
Scott Morrison says jobs linked to manufacturing are increasingly being created away from the assembly line

Under the manufacturing strategy unveiled on Wednesday, $107 million will be dedicated to strengthening supply lines for essential goods.

That money will prioritise medicines and medical products, with the goal of boosting Australia's ability to provide critical supplies for itself during surges in demand.

A separate $1.3 billion will spent over the next four years, starting in the first half of 2021, to help manufacturers upscale their businesses, with additional focus on turning concepts into finished products, and integrating into global supply chains.

The money will be distributed to businesses willing to co-invest with the Government in six priority areas:
Resources technology and critical minerals
Food and beverages
Medical products
Recycling and clean energy
Defence
Space

$52 million more will be spent on a second round of the Government's manufacturing modernisation fund.

When you look at Labor and whom they push forward to promote their ideals - Kenneally, Chalmers, Plibersek - you would never vote Labor. If they can’t do better than that lot, they should give up now.

The NSW bill won’t get up and if it does some bully’s be having a holiday

As for workers no one wants to work these days - not even government are working “due to COVID we are working remotely and are unable to assist at this time”

LABOR'S HATRED OF MEN
Mark Latham's Outsiders Yesterday at 13:55

Looking at Anthony Albanese's budget reply, he's targeting assistance to invalid pensioners, public housing and women, and that's all.

Amazing how a party founded by working men now has a leader who goes out of his way not to mention working men.

In NSW State Parliament, Labor has gone further.

They have introduced a Bill called 'Coercive Control' designed to solely arrest men, with the offences including 5-10 years jail time for blokes who told embarrassing 'humiliating' stories about their wives 15 years ago! This is an off-the-radar hatred of men.

What is the truth about the COVID recession and job security? Actually, the most secure jobs in Australia at the moment are in sectors that are female dominated: the public service, GP doctors, vets, lawyers, teachers, nurses and office management.

How about we go back to helping 'Australians In Need', the battlers who want to work hard and have a go, regardless of their race, gender or sexuality.

This will go the way of their Gender Commission/Gender Commissioner brain dead brainstorm. They never learn!
