Suddenly, the Chinese Threat to Australia Seems Very Real
After a businessman said Chinese agents sought to implant him in Parliament, that revelation and other espionage cases have finally signaled the end of a “let’s get rich together” era.
CANBERRA, Australia — A Chinese defector to Australia who detailed political interference by Beijing. A businessman found dead after telling the authorities about a Chinese plot to install him in Parliament. Suspicious men following critics of Beijing in major Australian cities.
For a country that just wants calm commerce with China — the propellant behind 28 years of steady growth — the revelations of the past week have delivered a jolt.
Fears of Chinese interference once seemed to hover indistinctly over Australia. Now, Beijing’s political ambitions, and the espionage operations that further them, suddenly feel local, concrete and ever-present.

That would scare the hell out of me. My suggestion is to cut off all ties with china ASAP. I know they have intertwined themselves into your ports, your farms, your universities, and your government, but you don't have time to wait. At some point, Australia will become china Lite and not seen as much of an ally. Nobody stepped up to help Hong Kong and if Australia doesn't try to disengage from the China machine, they could suffer the same fate. I won't try to tell you how to go about that as an outsider. It's none of my business, but we see the same thing to a lesser extent in America.
25 years ago, china couldn't put a satellite in orbit. Clinton gave them the technology and they used it to put ICBMs in orbit. They copy every bit of American technology they can get their hands on. They fill our universities and take advantage of anchor baby laws to have American citizens to increase their influence in America. Any company that takes advantage of china's slave labor rates is forced to sign over 51% of the company to china, where they take the technology and use it to enrich their government. Not until Trump has anybody done anything about this and we still have a way to go. We still need to clean more house on the Republican side to expect any help from Congress. Many are what we call RINOs.
Our steel and lead production has been undercut and almost completely done in china. Our pharmaceuticals are produced in china. We saw how they tried to hold that over our heads at the start of this plandemic.(also from china) I've decided to boycott china as much as humanly possible. That and my vote are the only individual powers I have against them at the moment.

By "scare the hell out of me", I didn't mean to submit to them. The more of a foothold they get on you, the harder it will be to get rid of them. I hope your leaders were smart enough to put time limits on any agreements you have.cods wrote: ↑Tue Sep 29, 2020 8:04 amThat would scare the hell out of me. They fill our universities to the brim too and take advantage of 'anchor baby' laws. There's a rather large Chinese population in my area and an over abundance of unhappy looking middle aged men pushing baby strollers around the shops with a Chinese/Aussie baby on board.Texan wrote: ↑Tue Sep 29, 2020 2:44 amThat would scare the hell out of me. They marry a young Chinese girl and think their twilight years are going to be sexual Heaven but once the baby is born it all apparently stops because they look very unhappy. It's not just a few either it's a lot. They would've been better off buying a sports car.

Conspiracy theories about China and the Virus abound.
By promoting fraudulent data, aggressively deploying disinformation, and flexing its institutional clout, Beijing transformed the snake oil of lockdowns into “science,” crippling rival economies, expanding its influence, and sowing authoritarian values.
Coronavirus: Theory that Chinese propaganda encouraged Western nations to lock down. As the world continues to grapple with coronavirus and the economic catastrophe of lockdown, a disturbing new theory has emerged.

COVID-19 conspiracy theories are rife. While some people question its origins, others outright deny that it exists.
Did China trick the world into committing economic suicide?
As the global community continues to grapple with the fallout from the coronavirus pandemic – and the economic catastrophe caused by the associated “lockdowns” imposed by governments around the world – a chilling new theory has emerged.
It goes like this – China, in an enormous disinformation campaign spread via social media and through compromised voices in Western politics, science and medicine, aggressively pushed for other nations to follow its lead, with the goal of intentionally destroying their economies.
That’s according to Michael Senger, a lawyer and researcher based in Atlanta, Georgia. In an article for Tablet Magazine, Senger has laid out a disturbing timeline of evidence that, if true, hints at what could be the most effective and devastating psy-op ever carried out by a world government.

What do you call "middle age"? The blokes I have seen pushing prams with an Asian wife look to be in their 60s - hardly middle aged.Black Orchid wrote: ↑Tue Sep 29, 2020 10:21 amThey fill our universities to the brim too and take advantage of 'anchor baby' laws. True that. Upwards of 50 then. Probably middle 50s and upward.Neferti~ wrote: ↑Tue Sep 29, 2020 2:41 pmWhat do you call "middle age"?
