Victoria has recorded 12 new cases of COVID-19 down from 15 yesterday.
Two further people have died as a result of the pandemic, bringing the state's death toll to 773.
The state's two fatalities were both women aged in their 80s. The deaths were linked to aged care outbreaks.

Hotel quarantine fiasco?

Don't worry - the Lord shall punish the wicked:

I watched some excerpts from the inquiry.
A nurse found unbelievable wrong doings
with PPE and no training of the guards.
Of course that was never passed on to Daniel Andrews.
She did her best to solve it but
nothing could be done - the guards either wouldn't listen
or were too stupid to follow basic instructions.

The whole thing should have been stopped right there
and the cops called in -
but then again - what do the cops know about medical procedures?
It never happened.

Then - guards were found sleeping on the floor.
Other guards were bribed with a root from females
locked up who needed a cigarette outside.

People need to go to jail for life as over 650 people
have died from that incompetence.
It also cost 100s of 1000s of jobs.
Peoples financial lives have been destroyed by it.
Mental illness is everywhere.

Psalm 9 KJV

14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.

15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

Any woman offering sex to a sleazy guard just so she could have a cigarette wouldn't be someone a normal person would touch. Just saying.

But some of those guards were of Middle Eastern background.

The inquiry today.

I don't understand why no one knows who is responsible for hiring
the private contractors?

It's easy - just find the purchase order for
the money to be paid and
it will be signed by someone.
That person needs to be asked why they signed it.

Victorian Health Minister Jenny Mikakos has resigned from cabinet and the Parliament, just a day after Premier Daniel Andrews revealed she was "accountable" for the botched hotel quarantine program.

"I am disappointed that my integrity has sought to be undermined," Ms Mikakos said in a statement on Twitter.

"I know that my statement and evidence to the inquiry would have been uncomfortable for some.

"I have today written to the Governor of Victoria to resign my commissions as a Minister effective today. I will also be resigning from the Parliament."

I am pretty sure that incompetence is viewed as what it is irrespective of political persuasion. Shame it didn't happen sooner.
"But you will run your kunt mouth at me. And I will take it, to play poker."
