I was feeling sorry for ya'll and the china virus may be hitting us again. My family is fine, but my sister in law is running a fever. She took the test today at her work, but she won't get results until tomorrow. She normally works at home conducting cancer research studies on line, but she has been going into the office some lately. My SIL is 58 and in good health, but my 89 year old mother in law (Maw Maw is her grandmother name) lives with her. Mrs Texan packed her things and moved her in with us until this is all over. I'm hoping my SIL tests negative and if she doesn't, then I hope we got Maw Maw out in time to avoid getting infected.
We have gone from not a care in the world about covid to using alcohol hand sanitizer before we enter our home to keep from bringing germs in on our hands. We wash our hands before we touch Maw Maw's pills, prepare her food, or touch her in any way. Maw Maw seems healthy and in good spirits at the moment.
What a very awful year this has been

If what I have been reading is correct they are saying the second strain is more infectious but far less severe. Fingers crossed.

Good news. My SIL's test results were negative and her fever broke early yesterday. Maw Maw will likely go home tonight or maybe tomorrow night. Thanks for the support.
Now back to your year.
