The Dring Filter

Post by Swami Dring » Thu May 27, 2010 10:40 pm

In this thread I shall share with you my exquisite taste in music.

I will post links frequently, rarely or not at all, as is my wont.

But fear not, everything I post here will be GOLD.

First up, Keith Richards' Eileen. Great, yet almost unknown rock song. Turn it up.

So unknown Keith cant even remember writing it.

Although kudos to Waddy Watchel. The greatest unmemorable non-member of so many memorable bands.

Beautiful, spiritual even.

Dring, have you just been through mid-life crises?

You have confessed to a motorcycle.

No, I had mine in my 20s. Due to my lifestyle, I had to bring my mid-life crisis forward about 20 years.

And now, here's a fat bloke playing Bach on the ukulele:

That is lovely stuff.

At the risk of being insensitive (Oh really Frogen!) looking at that guy while waiting at a bus stop you would think he has nothing going for him (nor you for lurking at a bus stop) and yet what talent!

He seems to be making love to that ukulele.

Indeed, looking at him he probably and literally has.

Still, a beautiful soul in a beautiful world.

This one is more about the video content than the music, although the music is pretty cool and fits the video perfectly.

You will like the title too, Gus.

It is a big and beautiful universe we are riding in Woodrow.

And it may explain the size of my liver.

There is a Nobel prize waiting in liver, I swear it.
