Do we live in Russia now....
Legislation is pending which will make it difficult for people involved as potential plaintiffs
in class actions to sue corporations...oh yes...or governments...

If a plaintiff wants to sue, then he should be able to sue...whether the defendant is a corporation or a
government...
For a plaintiff not to be able to sue is a fundamental breach of human rights....
Its time that this country was given a Bill of Rights...
Our governments are incompetent and to block legal actions
like this is inhumane.....
