Whatever they do will be criticised. You can't please everyone! But Comrade Dan is surely overstepping the mark as is Palusucks. Both leftist goons.
Love or hate Gladys I think she is doing the best job. She's keeping the economy open whilst trying to isolate the hot spots and there are very few complaints in NSW except border complaints.

Covid-19 vaccine.
The Oxford vaccine uses live monkey adenovirus
which is a bit scary.

Bobby's opinion:
Most other vaccines use the actual virus -
then kill it with chemicals
and inject it into people as vaccine.
They should have done that already so that we'd have a safe vaccine by now.
Who's scared of a dead virus?
It might not be 100% effective - maybe only 40%
but it would still be better than nothing
while we wait for a more effective vaccine.

You'd let them inject you with something they say is only 40% effective? In reality that probably means it is only 20% effective. Probably less.

I believe that's all the normal flu vaccine is effective - only 40% to 80%.Black Orchid wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 12:21 pmYou'd let them inject you with something they say is only 40% effective?

The normal flu vax is the old fashioned way -
culture the actual virus -
kill it then inject it.

Well, the Oxford monkey live adenovirus vaccine has caused an adverse reaction in one person:

We could be waiting too long.
A suspected “serious adverse reaction” means the participant may require hospitalisation.
It could result in a life-threatening illness or even death.
