Interpretation of legislation and advice.

Post by billy the kid » Wed Sep 09, 2020 9:50 am

The Motor Traffic Act does not specify what "negligent driving" is.
The courts have decided this.
If a driver runs up the back of another driver in his car, thats negligent driving.
The courts have decided that negligent driving is driving where a driver
acts in a manner which is unprudent.
So, if youre too close to another vehicle, youre being imprudent...youre being negligent.
That is the interpretation.
The same applies to "advice" given to the governments on the cobjob19 plandemic.
If the Health advice is to cancel mass gatherings...thats it...cancel mass gatherings..
The government then INTERPRETS this advice as they see fit...
THE government then creates the curfew and everything else.
The "health advice" has been interpreted in an incompetent manner.
The "health advice" was not to quarantine people in hotels.
The "health advice" was to cancel mass gatherings...
The governments decided to send people into hotels, onto Christmas Island, etc etc...
It is time that the actual "health advice" was made public....word for word.....
AND then watch the class actions inundate the grubberments....
Everything is starting to unravel....
Because of incompetence by state and federal governments....
Everything is starting to splinter....

So who made the call for a curfew in Stalag Victoria...
No...it wasnt me...
No...it wasnt me...
No...it wasnt me...
Murray will go berserk over this tonite...
:rofl
The Police Commissioner should be believed before the politicians or the CMO.
The Commissioner has virtually said "fuck you" and thrown the CMO under the bus.
This is the perfect example of what I was talking about in the OP.
As I understand it, the CMO and Andrews need to be grilled over this...
Needless to say, the gutless Melbourne media wont....
