Alleged police slasher didn't appear in court after 'violence' in prison

A man charged with attempted murder over an alleged attack on a trio of police officers in Sydney's CBD did not appear in court today after he was allegedly violent towards prison officers.

Frederick Elrezz, a 32-year-old Lakemba man, faces a number of charges after his arrest over the incident in the CBD on Tuesday night.


A senior constable was allegedly stabbed in the head during an arrest in Sydney's CBD overnight. (NSW Police)
The officers were responding to a report of harassment directed at a delivery rider just after midnight.
Police allege that when they approached the Lakemba man, he pulled out a knife and attacked.
"It happened so quick it wasn't funny," Assistant Commissioner Mick Willing said.
A 40-year-old senior constable was treated for a laceration on the left side of his head, and a second wound to his left arm.

Nothing on the news anymore about Muslim terrorist attacks or Sudanese home invasions.

I want to know the name of the person or persons in
what Govt. dept has told the TV and radio stations to censor our news?
Who is responsible?

Is there a daily list supplied to the media of what stories
they should publish and which ones are banned?
Under what law can such bans be enacted?

ABC, SBS Channels 7,9, 10 -
all censored by the Govt yet none of those channels ever mention it why?

I saw it on the tv a couple of days ago and posted about it in the Sydney thread BUT that was the only mention on the tv that I have seen.

The usual suspects are protected so that the people don't freak out at how violent some of the suburbs really are. There have been shootings, houses sprayed with bullets and killings in Sydney every night for over a week. Usually it's only every other night.

Yes - they made a quick mention of
"house sprayed with bullets"

but in general, the news is censored for some reason and
that censoring topic is NEVER discussed.
