Victoria has recorded another 113 cases of COVID-19 and 15 deaths since yesterday, the state's health department says.
The state's coronavirus death toll now stands at 591.
It is the first time this week the daily case count has risen back above 100, after 90 new infections were recorded on Wednesday, 70 on Tuesday and 73 on Monday.
Premier Daniel Andrews has promised to announce a roadmap out of the stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne and stage 3 stay-at-home orders this Sunday.

A Government spokeswoman this morning said a leaked plan published in the Herald Sun, which proposed keeping stage 4 restrictions in place for an additional fortnight with some tweaks, was an "out-of-date draft".
Lower numbers in regional Victoria will allow for restrictions to be eased faster outside of Melbourne, Mr Andrews said earlier this week.
The state of disaster, which allows Melbourne's citywide curfew to be enforced, was yesterday extended until September 13.
Police have issued more than 1,762 fines for breaking curfew over the past month, totalling more than $2.9 million in fines.
Health officials are continuing to urge Victorians to be tested for the virus, with Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton yesterday saying not enough people were being tested in Melbourne's south-east.
More to come.
