My wife's uncle used to live in Colorado for the Summer and stay on the Texas coast for Winters. He always looked for camp sites with easy access to fishing. He enjoys it and it provides free food. He is 86 now and gave up traveling. He lives on an acre in East TX and keeps his boat docked just 5 minutes from his house on Lake Tawakoni.
