Yes - most people would take reasonable precautions.
Destroying peoples entire life's work is not reasonable.
They might as well be dead.
The gimme free stuff brigade don't care. They get paid for staying at home.

And Dan will be OK.
He will leave a wake of human disaster behind him.
He'll have to live overseas for security reasons under another name.
10s of 1000s of destroyed people will want to chop his head off.
Fortunately I'm not one of them

My supermarket story for today:

A Chinese woman had no mask and I saw her put her nose
right up to an apple and sniffed it - I told a Coles employee -
he saw her with no mask on -
but she went straight out the door before she could be stopped.
She had no goods that she bought so went straight past the checkout.
The Coles employee - a big guy -
did nothing to stop her.
I couldn't believe it -
I didn't see the security guy at the entrance or exit - for the first time in ages.

How could that possibly happen?

1/6 cases are fatal? Not good odds.

No - that's not it.
We have 10s of 1000s of cases and just a few deaths - only 500 or so.
