against every government which closed its borders....

OK you're right. I've not been keeping up with things too well because every headline is COVID COVID COVID and it's all the same and I am sick of it.

So Clive's law suit could well bring the little known or used constitution into play which will definitely rattle a few cages.

A new Trial would strike out the evidence given......
Well....no it wont...why couldnt the same evidence be given by the same people....
A new trial cannot simply ban witnesses....
These witnesses have given evidence that there was no need to close the border.
McGowan is shit scared...
This ruling if in favour of Palmer, could throw all the borders open....and
open the door for class actions against all state governments for loss of profit by businesses....
To-day is a huge day....
I still cant believe that this case is still dragging on...
This is of huge national interest, yet a decision has not yet been made....
Surely "time is of the essence" should have been the priority from the beginning...
..meaning that the people of the nation literally" wait at the borders" whilst a Judge deliberates......
Hopefully the case management hearing will expedite a determination.....

Apparently Morrison has called on Palmer to step away from the case....
Morrison now supports the WA Premier...
Originally Morrison was suggesting that WA would lose this case...
Maybe Morrison's "expert advice" has changed....
