Australia's death toll sits at 332 deaths, 247 of those being in Victoria.
The state has recorded 38 fatalities in the past 48 hours.
Premier Daniel Andrews is due to speak at a press conference at 11.45am, following his appearance at the second sitting of the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee's COVID-19 inquiry.
Mr Andrews was grilled on the state government's response to the coronavirus pandemic, including the bungled hotel quarantine program.
