Re: Day/Night Owls Chit Chat
My night is your days, but I never know when I'll be up.
Mrs Texan is home from the hospital. She is still running a fever, but her breathing is fine and the doctor thinks she is in no danger. We plan to test her on Thursday. A negative test for her should put this thing behind us. The doctor is still unsure about the nausea, but clearing this will give us an opportunity to address it. She is hydrated and feeling ok.
We have been really fortunate not to spread this to anybody. None of my son's friends, my coworkers, neighbors, or friends at church have become sick. We even kept it from my 89 year old mother in law. We identified it early and stopped the spread.

Thanks for the update Tex. Dehydration can make things so much worse and make you feel horrible. I know!
I'm glad Mrs Tex seems to be conquering this.

OMG 111 degrees is way too hot for me!! I'd melt.
Glad Mrs Tex is over the virus now and things can get back to normal for you Tex. It's flaring up here again. The virus that is.

That is meaningless to me. I live in a Celsius country.

Most of us on both sides are smart enough to convert.

If I was on an American forum, I would convert to Fahrenheit out of respect so they understand the relevance.Black Orchid wrote: ↑Sat Aug 15, 2020 12:55 pmMost of us on both sides are smart enough to convert.
After all, most nations use Celsius.
