Great to see the overweight, polished turds still get to go on their junket to the US....
No doubt, the kowtowing talks with the US will be extremely beneficial to all and sundry...
I know Payne will find her way to KFC..... :rofl

It appears that the political incompetence in Canberra extends into their court system.
How can a tenant not have to pay rent if the landlords mortgagee has not been placed in
vacant possession. The tenancy still exists. Rent is still due and payable.
The tenant still lives there...he has not left the premises....
The laughable point is that the landlord has been ordered to pay for tiles in the en-suite, as
the fallen tiles resulted in a "diminution in condition" below what could have been reasonably expected
for a luxury apartment.
Diminution in condition applies to any tenancy......
The occupant was the tenant...
He was entitled to compensation for the fallen tiles, but in a ludicrous contradiction, the court
decides that the landlord is not entitled to his rent.
Bullshit ruling from a bullshit court...

I went into the bank today to make a deposit and they told me they are now a cashless bank. All refurbished to remove the teller windows. Their idiot machines didn't work either

"Acceptable gambling: The pandemic has seen hordes of amateur investors pour into the stock market in the hopes of making a quick buck. The only problem? They’re not very good, warns Stockspot’s Chris Brycki.
“Though they mightn’t know it, for most people who try, share trading is just a socially acceptable form of gambling.”
Couldnt let this go without a comment....
The above is a quote from Yahoo News....
If anyone wishes to contact Chris Brycki, perhaps they should ask him why the ATO imposes capital gains tax
on day trading profits....
If share trading on a day trading basis is considered gambling by the experts from Stockspots...
...then maybe he should advise his clients not to pay CGT on their profits...
Imagine the hole in Ostrayas revenue if some well heeled share trader took the ATO on.....
AND WON....
Day Traders have been conned for decades...
Day Trading is a gamble and profits SHOULD NOT be taxed......

Quote from the link:
"Closing the Gap report, tabled in Parliament on Wednesday, shows Aboriginal children still trail far behind non-Indigenous children in literacy, numeracy and writing skills.
The report also shows the country is on track to meet just two of seven government targets to reduce the disparity in health, education and employment outcomes.
While literacy scores for Indigenous students have slightly improved in the past decade, at least 20 per cent are still behind the national benchmark.
The report does not measure adult reading and writing skills, but shows Indigenous employment rates still trail far behind the rest of the country.
Gains in Indigenous health have been the same or smaller than those for non-Indigenous Australians — meaning gaps are persisting and, in the case of child mortality, widening.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the Closing the Gap report proved a "top-down, government-knows-best" approach had failed to deliver what was needed."
SOMEONE explain to me how indigenous adults can be trained to be better parents....
SOMEONE explain to me how indigenous children can acquire an ability to learn...
SOMEONE explain to me how long it is going to take and how many tens/hundreds of billions of dollars
are going to be thrown at the indigenous before the country is broke....
Ooooops...sorry.....we are broke.....
The average non indigenous punter only senses the amount of money being thrown at the indigenous....
The freebies that the indigenous receive would make your sphincter muscle tighten......
AND yet we keep on throwing billions at them every year....
Year after year....
Nothing changes....
Same shit....different depth..... :gup :gup :gup

Well, heres the sting in the tail...
As from 25th September, 2020, theyre bringing back the assets and income test for
Jobseeker...
This means that if you have withdrawn your superannuation and you have X dollars
sitting in your kitty for a rainy day....(well....its raining now....) this means that
you will not get JobSeeker (depending on the size of your kitty) for a number of
weeks....
On the one hand they allow you to earn more money on a casual basis (up to $300 pf)
without effecting JobSeeker....but on the other hand if you withdrew your super and
youre sitting on it....you might not get JobSeeker full stop.....for some weeks.....
AND whatever youre getting reduces at the end of September anyway.....
I think that big gaping hole in front of everyone is.........
A CLIFF............
