Then everyone all of a sudden has a memory flash a decade later. Either that or their original testimony was ignored.
Agree there is definitely reasonable doubt.

The above should read "shown to Murdoch...etc"billythekid wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 1:25 pm
There are many holes in this case....
The very fact that the cables ties which were used supposedly to bind Lees were
supposedly going to be shown to Falconio...supposedly werent shown to Falconio...
The DNA supposedly found in the Kombi van was weak....
The DNA supposedly found on the T shirt of Lees..I wonder if that mysteriously
appeared after Murdoch was exonerated of rape charges in Melbourne, and was then
arrested for Falconio's murder....
Interesting case for those interested...
Obviously almost no-one on this forum gives a stuff....
But then again that applies to almost every thread.....
I was attempting to imply that maybe Murdoch was in fact shown the cable ties and handled
them during the interview, which would render DNA on the cable ties inadmissable....

I am the opposite of you black orchid.....
this show to me is media [payback...
she wouldnt co operate with them.. so lets find fault with everything she said or did..
they practically paid no attention to the guy that picked her up...who claimed he didnt make the declaration the police used...
who the hell knows what goes on in the wilderness....
would she have been confused I would think so?..
trauma makes you behave in a way you would never expect yourself to behave.... and can trick the memory.
I do not believe the NT police were equipped to deal with a case as big as this...
and as for the media many sent over from England tooooooo... get a story or else...
like I said it must have hurt them not to get a first hand account from her.
