Im not going to google it.....but I wonder if their is a legal precedent for the ship to be seized..
Even then...does that mean the crew are all confined to the ship..who guards them..who
ensures they don't sneak off and vanish into the city...who pays for their confinement...
The mind boggles....its a can of worms...
Yes.
Let them go, give them fuel and supplies, pay them to go.

Where will they go?
No port will have them.

They may just go to where the ship is "flagged"...in the RP's case..I think
its Bermuda....

Ah, am glad I had an Asproclear.

Apparently 66% of the cruise ships are flagged to 3 different countries, for tax reasons.

Interesting to see that the media whores are telling us that the RP will be leaving Australia on Sunday...
Interesting.....should I say puzzling...should I say suspicious....
There is a NSW Commission of Inquiry pending....
There is a NSW Coronial Inquest pending...
There is a Police investigation pending...
The Police investigation, we were told was going to take six months...
I would suspect that the NSW Coroner probably hasnt even looked at her calender yet to fix a date
for the inquest....
Why then is the RP rumoured to be leaving on Sunday...
Could it be that the departure could seriously jeopardize all the legal inquiries pending to the
extent that any claims of political incompetence would be considered as "unsubstantiated"
as the inquiries were compromised by the early departure....
"Oh we couldnt interview all the crew...we didnt have time to follow up all the leads...
...the crew have just disappeared to all parts of the world...we just couldnt trace them...
..we just had to abandon our inquiries....."
Sounds like a elaborate...no wait...simple way to "scuttle" the whole gig....
That way....the NSW politicians effectively "salvage" their careers...
Phew...Im glad we've got Grandma Gladys navigating our ship through such Stormy Waters....... :rofl
(She aint no Stormy Waters.... )
But hay....thats just me.... :rofl

How about this? Australia can claim damages from the cruise line and as payment they can claim the ship for 6 months and convert it to hospital use. Bad idea?

I would pretend I had the virus and deposit myself onto the ship...but only if Stormy Waters
was personally "navigating" my "deposit"...…. :rofl

I think its only the crew now on board and they are all foreign

I agree to a certain extent after all it isnt the crews fault this happened....

in the mean time from what little I have read the company that owns the RP is almost broke if not already broke...the ship is registered somewhere in the Bahamas all dodgy by the sound of things...perhaps we should claim ownership /salvage or whatever .. send the crew to their own countries and sell the ship at a later date...

just a thought.

Actually, that was meant tongue in cheek so as I could "engage' with Stormy Waters...
However Ive just lost my punchline...as Stormy Waters is actually Stormy Daniels...
