Hope Coddsy washed his hands after being in OzPol!!! The warped Socialist Parasites over there are really paranoid about ScoMo being there for the next 20 years and losing their Socialist handouts.

Now the 3 conditions before our War Time PM can lift restrictions. When ScoMo pounds the podium in Churchill style you can almost hear the spitfires blasting the Huns out of the sky!!!!!

Restrictions stay as testing, tracing widened: PM
ELIAS VISONTAY 19 HOURS AGO | 3.10PM

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has revealed social isolation restrictions may be lifted in as soon as four weeks, outlining key public health goals that need to be met before measures are eased.

The PM emerged from a National Cabinet meeting on Wednesday to announce the direction, revealing the cabinet received briefings from Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Philip Lowe and Treasury Secretary Steven Kennedy, who emphasised “the need to synchronise our health and economic responses to the virus”.

“Our attention has now been turning to the road out, having worked through the road in.”

Mr Morrison said Australia remains in a state of “suppression”, and is not at the same stage of containment as New Zealand.

He said the most important metric going forward would be the effective reproduction rate of the virus and a “more extensive surveillance or sentinel as it is called testing regime”, beyond those who are symptomatic

Mr Morrison said the three goals that need to be met to relax restrictions are:

— a surveillance, or sentinel, testing regime, beyond symptomatic cases

— an increase to an “industrial capability” of contact tracing using technology

— a local response capability, similar to what has occurred in Northwestern Tasmania with the defence force this week.

“National cabinet agreed today that we will use the next four weeks to ensure that we can get these in place, and the baseline restrictions that have been set some weeks ago, will remain in place until we’re able to achieve those three goals, and we will be reviewing that in the next four weeks. There are no plans to change those for the next four weeks.”

The polls have Scomo on a roll to win the next election as the union and Greeny controlled Labor Party slips into irrelevance and the voters' garbage tin.

Scott Morrison’s coronavirus marketing is working – just look at the polls

Not one but three opinion polls published this week confirmed that merely two months after the Black Summer bushfires, Scott Morrison has managed to wrangle his way back into the good books of Australian voters.

The Australian’s Newspoll, Guardian Australia’s Essential Poll, and the non-aligned Roy Morgan poll all reported huge turnarounds in voter satisfaction with the performance of the Prime Minister and his government compared with earlier this year.

Roy Morgan poll tracked a whopping 22 per cent increase in just one week in the number of Australians who agreed the Australian government was handling the coronavirus pandemic well, reaching a total of 65 per cent. The number who disagreed with this statement decreased by 20 percentage points to 29 per cent.

Newspoll asked about the combined effort of the federal and state governments in tackling COVID-19, finding a healthy bump over the past three weeks in voter satisfaction with the governments’ performance in managing the impact on the economy (up 14 points to 47 per cent), preparing the public health system to cope (up 8 points to 59 per cent) and informing Australians about how to protect themselves (up 10 points to 75 per cent).

It seems everyman and his dog will soon be spruiking about the Chinese COVID-19 Virus for political gain.

Poor old AnAl, trained in Union Brown Nosing, just doesn't know where to begin.

Dave Sharma talks about the WHO
AMM 17.04.20.

Dave Sharma

The seat of Wentworth has become infamous for its elected ones, primarily Malcolm Turnbull and the equally obnoxious and damaging Dr Kerry Phelps.

Wentworth is now the domain of Liberal Dave Sharma, a well credentialed former diplomat. Sharma seems balanced in his appraisal of the World Health Organisation’s short comings.

Perhaps a little too short in his words toward the WHO and its leader Dr Tedros who is a lickspittle of China’s communist regime and constantly sings high praise of a regime that has plunged the world into it greatest economic disaster ever.

Is the Member for Wentworth Dave Sharma just another waffler trying to be all things to all people?

The World Health Organisation must be transformed into a powerful international body capable of imposing spot checks and inspections on member states if it is to be effective in avoiding another global pandemic.

Liberal MP and former diplomat Dave Sharma has said there was a clear need for reform of the organisation, which has come under fire following its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Coronavirus: WHO in need of reform, says Liberal MP Dave Sharma
Source: Paul Maley, News Corp

Mr Sharma said one option would be to transform the body into something resembling the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which imposes mandatory reporting requirements on all member states.

“Nuclear material is exceptionally dangerous but on the scale of international peace and security this is one of the largest threats we’ve seen in several decades,’’ Mr Sharma told The Australian. “I think there’s a case to be made that you need a WHO with a stronger reporting and compliance process.’’

Mr Sharma said the WHO needed to display more intellectual rigour and greater political independence.

He cited the agency’s readiness to repeat assurances coming from China that the virus was under control, assurances that proved to be disastrously wrong.

“I think there is enough credible evidence that the WHO didn’t apply sufficient scepticism and rigour to some of the official data they were getting from China,’’ he said.

Mr Sharma’s comments came as the WHO found itself under mounting pressure over its handling of the crisis, which has so far infected more than two million people and killed nearly 140,000.

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump announced the US would halt funding to the organisation, citing what he said was its failure to properly vet information coming out of China in the early stages of the pandemic.

Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton, who in March was stricken with the virus, said the WHO’s insistence that so-called “wet-markets’’, where the coronavirus is thought to have originated, should remain open was “a huge mistake’’.

“We’ve got to call any of these organisations out when we see it and there are other bodies within the UN that, I would argue, aren’t acting in the global interest, aren’t acting certainly in the interest of countries like Australia,’’ he said.

“I think there’s been a big wake-up call out of coronavirus. If there is some silver lining to a horrible situation, it is there’s going to be a reassessment of some of these actions … I think the public would demand nothing less than that.’’

Leftist media saturates the news. Fight back. Send articles to your friends, politicians, local media, and facebook.

One could think Tedros is clearly not equipped for the job but it's obvious he is just a mouthpiece for the CCP.

There's a petition in your link to have him resign. It's up to almost 1,000,000 signatures. I signed it! :thumb

As the Chinese COVID-19 Virus recedes the flak will fly.

What you should know about the WHO boss Dr Tedros.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus

The leader of the WHO has made an astonishing jump from his humble beginnings in Ethiopian revolutionary group, the Tigray People’s Liberation Front, to bumping shoulders with Hollywood elite such as Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish and Beyonce.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom is the man who personally blocked calls to issue travel bans to China in the midst of the greatest virus outbreak in modern history, a decision which likely killed more than 100,000 people according to early academic analysis of infection spread and mortality rates.

But you must forgive Mr Adhanom. Today he is far too busy to dispute those Chinese talking points he regurgitated to the world in such deadly fashion. He’s had a music concert to host instead. Far more important than any exercise of retrospect.

The leader of the WHO has made an astonishing jump from his humble beginnings in Ethiopian revolutionary group, the Tigray People's Liberation Front, to bumping shoulders with Hollywood elite such as Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish and Beyonce.

The aptly named "One World, Together at Home" concert pulled together some of the world’s biggest stars to perform comedy or sing in potentially the most disturbing PR stunt this journalist has ever seen.

They raised more than $120 million, which is fantastic, but it's just a drop in the multi-trillion-dollar devastation this man inflicted on the world through his failure to challenge Chinese propaganda.

"WHO is proud to have co-organized this event with Global Citizen and Lady Gaga, and I also want to thank my colleague Paul Garwood who came up with the idea and has worked incredibly hard for several weeks to make it happen," Mr Adhanom gushed on social media.

“So humbled, and the whole WHO community is very grateful for the support that poured over 8 hours.”

He also wrote a few tweets thanking his new pal Beyonce. Awkwardly she never responded.

And the PR didn’t stop there.

Mr Adhanom will hold a Q and A with Indian superstar actress Deepika Padukone – one of the highest-paid movie stars in India - which was promoted with professional black-and-white photographs of the pair edited gallantly side-by-side.

Despite being mocked relentlessly in the comments of every post, Mr Adhanom is relentless.

He tweets dozens of times a day, seemingly oblivious to the overwhelming calls to resign and even face a criminal investigation.

Today his tweets have taken a bizarre turn.

He wrote a single word this morning, “forgive”, which as you can expect has not been well received.

Then an hour later he followed it up with another single word tweet, this time saying “honesty”.

It is disappointing to see an individual who has so much to answer for engage in such calculated, albeit poorly executed, propaganda.

The world does not need a social media influencer to roll out banal utterances to make the masses feel good.

It needed action earlier and now it needs an urgent explanation, not PR spin to save the job of a man beyond redemption.
