Of course they should but these women from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency don't know how to calculate. They don't take into account in their calculations that the women were working less hours and even went on to say that because men work longer hours doesn't mean they are productive.

I have seen many women who do a damn good job and paid accordingly.

I have also seen many useless shelas demand more money for being incompetent or incapable.

There are many token women in mining.
Paid good money for dining nothing but make up numbers.

You are paid what you are worth.
If you want more money, work harder, smarter and don't have maternity leave and take a year off.
