Joseph Smith - I don't think he was Mormon. This feral human, with his brother, charged at a parked car outside of a restaurant with guns drawn and I'll intentions. He fired 6 shots at his victims and missed all 6 shots. His victims were both competitive pistol shooters. Mr Baldwin took one second to draw and fire his first shot in self defense. Mr Baldwin landed 10 shots on Mr Smith and he didn't go down until the 10th shot took out his nervous system. I don't know what this guy was high on, but 9 chest shots wouldn't stop him. Mr Baldwin is not facing any charges and the accomplice even admitted that his brother was high as a kite and in a bad way. The accomplice ran away and was caught later. It's rare that these stories end with such just and perfect endings. Good shooting Mr Baldwin. You did well and have nothing to feel guilty about.
