How can the media one the one hand start asking for some social distancing restrictions be lifted and

Were I in charge, whilst creating new 'corona' laws, one would directly effect bank directors, forbidding them and their trust funds, the right to profit including bonuses, from market volatility and it would be retroactive to a time predating the viral spread. I would enable that law to operate for two consecutive tax years.
