I used to have an intolerance to eggs. The flu shot always made me get sick. It wasn't the flu, but it was more of a cold. When I was in the military, I was forced to get the shot. I went 20 years without a flu shot and only got the flu once. Because my daughter in law has lupus and my granddaughter is my granddaughter, I gave in and got the flu vaccine a few months ago. We tend to get them in November-January because we are on top of the world. No issues this time. Either my constitution has improved or they've improved the vaccine quality.

They are mostly ineffective and although they say that they are 50 to60% effective other studies have it down as low as 6%

All it’s doing is filling the pockets of big pharmaceuticals

If you are really old and have health issues

Self Isolate..

Thats right - tell your family to ****off and come back after winter.. :bgrin
