UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus, he confirmed on Twitter.

“Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus. I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus. Together we will beat this,” Johnson said on Twitter.

“After experiencing mild symptoms yesterday, the Prime Minister was tested for coronavirus on the personal advice of England’s Chief Medical Officer, Professor Chris Whitty," a Downing Street spokesperson said.

“The test was carried out in No 10 by NHS staff and the result of the test was positive. In keeping with the guidance, the Prime Minister is self-isolating in Downing Street," the spokesperson added.

That's acute anxiety mate...see your doctor...he could put you on something which will kick in pretty soon....
A tablet a day keeps the anxiety away...a mate of mine had a similar problem...his total outlook on life changed
immensely when he started taking his medication...….

I agree about the anxiety and there are natural remedies for that but they take longer to kick in. See your Doctor Bobby because acute anxiety can wreak havoc on your body as well as your mind.

My doctor said that most people will only get a runny nose for 3 days.

You should already know this and if you are suffering from anxiety you would be wise to get it treated.

Bobby, the key is to stay fit and active which you can easily do while social distancing.

My daughter has been in the dumps for a few days because it's really dawned on her how much she's going to miss out on.
No netball, and she got into a first grade team.
No regional cross country, and she came second in her whole school (she's only yr8)
No school music eisteddfod .

I took her for a paddle on the harbour today and it totally lifted her mood. Tomorrow I think we'll go for a drive somewhere quiet and do a nice hard bushwalk.
