Is the USA Federal Bank unconstitutional?

Yeah, I saw that in my search for an answer... However, I also read a rebuttal of that conspiracy, by The Fed, no less

So, what do we know for sure...

The Fed is unconstitutional.
It is a private corporation, with shareholders receiving dividends.
We do not know for sure who its shareholders are... making it a highly secretive company.
It has the same qualities that defines a Ponzi scheme.

Question/ Are Americans aware that prior to the creation of this unconstitutional entity that there was no such thing as 'income tax'?

Financial matters aren't my strength. This is a topic I have never researched. Sorry. I am aware that the federal income tax didn't exist until the 1910s, but haven't studied the function or ownership of the Federal Reserve.

I do know that Texas is building a reserve and intends to remove it's gold from the Federal Reserve in New York. I'm a big fan of decentralization of power as a rule.

OK, but this is a Constitutional concern. I am correct in assuming that Americans are taught about the constitution in Civics class, Yes?

I don't think it is. In fact, since they took the dollar off of the gold standard in the 70's, we've been playing a game with Monopoly money. It's why I don't invest much in the stock market. I put my money into tangible assets.
