We all woke up sick Saturday morning. I was 99.99999% sure it was what me 3yo had a week ago, but I told my daughter the rule is we all have to self isolate. It was crap weather anyway so she stayed home and did loads of homework / piano and nearly finished all her assignments. SUCKER!!!

The best way to get Coronavirus is to stand in a line with all the people getting tested for Coronavirus.

The best way to get Coronavirus is to stand in a line with all the people getting tested for Coronavirus.

They have drive by testing in other countries and maybe it will be here in a few days?
However you need a doctor's certificate asking for the test
as there are limited test kits.

I don't understand why it will take such a long time to get a vaccine for Covid-19 ?
I've heard 1 year to 18 months.

Every year we get a vaccine available for up to 4 different types of flu.
We are told that it's the flu that was in the Northern hemisphere over their winter
which is often only 3 to 4 months from when we are inoculated.

So why is a Covid-19 vaccine going to take up to 5 times longer?

You don't understand many things, do you, Bobby? The difference between a known virus and an unknown one is vast. Safety considerations alone mean you require a considerable amount of time between experimentation and general administration.

It would appear that Scumo is considering altering (reducing) the size of non essential gatherings to less
than 500...attempting to tell us that handshakes should be banned and school children should be kept 1.5 metres
apart....phew...Im so glad this guy is on the ball...…tell me how you keep pre-schoolers 1.5 metres apart....
When is someone going to suggest to him that he lose his flippant/smug attitude when discussing such serious issues....
Meanwhile back at the ranch, several uni students in Sydney have tested positive....who woulda thought...
I wonder where they came from...overseas perhaps....
The next big decision will be if Scumo closes down schools and unis…
BTW Scumo...school holidays will be occurring in a few weeks.....
