I think he has Alzheimers. There is a stage of it where their mental gears are stripped and they become very argumentative to try to prove they still have their mind. My father in law went through it 3-4 years ago and a friend from church is going through it now. We'll know in a couple of years.

I believe plans are already in place for Biden to be told to make Imelda, I mead Hillary his Vice-Presidential running mate. If that happens and if he wins he will not finish one term. Rest assured plans have been made, illness or convenient death Hillary will replace him as soon as they believe the public will accept it. I have known several people with mental decline and he shows all the signs!
