Hi CEO and welcome.

You do realise that more people voted against Hillary than for her right?
Ah, that would explain how she got 2.5 million more votes than Trump, now would it, Black Orchid? :roll :roll

I did. It appears you don't understand what you typed, Black Orchid. You claimed that more people voted against Hilary when the reality, is ~2.5 million more Americans voted for her, rather than Trump. Something you appear to refuse to accept. :roll :roll

I know how it works Brian.

138,000,000 million people voted in 2016. Hillary received 65,000,000 votes which means that 73,000,000 people did NOT vote for her.

It's simple math if you care to learn it 8-)

No, the results indicated that only 62,984,828 (46.1%) voted for Trump. 65,853,514 (48.2%) voted for Hilary. A non-vote is a non-vote and cannot be accord to either side, Black Orchid and to do so is disingenuous of you. a vote for neither candidate is not for either candidate. Remember, America as a simplistic first-past-the-post voting system with no preferences being recorded. Hillary still recorded more votes than Trump. :roll

You are wilfully displaying your ignorance of the US electoral system, Black Orchid. No matter how you dress it up Hilary got more votes than Trump in 2016. :roll :roll :roll

Brian, YOU are the only one batting on about Trump. I haven't even mentioned Trump. I am just stating facts so ONCE more for the SLOW learners in the back of the room!

130,000,000 voted in 2016. Hillary got 65,000,000 of those votes which leaves 73,000,000 who did NOT vote for Hillary. Whether they used their vote as a protest vote and spat on it and threw it in the bin does not matter a jot.

73,000,000 voters did not vote for old Hills in one form or another.

Class dismissed. 8-)

So, it was just a one horse race in 2016, Black Orchid? Hilary was running purely by herself, not against any other candidates? Really? You're displaying your ignorance, once again. Hilary beat Trump and any other candidate, hands down. :roll :roll

I'm sorry that you are incapable of grasping such a simple concept Brian but I am not at all surprised.

Carry on.

I have grasped what you are trying to do, Black Orchid, rather well. You are attempting some sleight-of-hand to diminish what Hilary Clinton did in 2016. She beat Trump (and all other candidates) in the election with the votes she received. Only through your false logic that more people voted against her than for her do you manage to that. Under the US Presidential voting system of first-past-the-post Hilary received the greatest number of votes. That is all that matters in the popular election of 2016. :roll :roll :roll
