Czech Republic: $294.2 million (0.2%)
By value, the listed 15 countries shipped 98.3% of global coal exports in 2018.

Among the top exporters, the fastest-growing coal exporters since 2014 were: Mozambique (up 58,799%), Mongolia (up 228.3%), Canada (up 53.8%) and Russia (up 46.3%).

Initially they will attempt to replace Australian coal from elsewhere but as the elsewhere is more expensive, they'll replace it with other means of production.

.......... The Weekly Times has previously reported the former head of CSIRO’s bushfire research unit Phil Cheney has branded residual risk a “load of bulls---”, arguing “fuel load is the only thing that matters”.

Using the Royal Commission’s target of a minimum of 390,000Ha of annual hazard reduction burns across Victoria, the actual planned burnt areas were;

2018-19 : 130,000 Deficit- 260,000
2017-18: 74,728 Deficit- 315,272
2016-17 : 125,052 Deficit- 264,948
2015-16 : 197,940 Deficit- 192,060

That’s a cumulative deficit over the last 4 years under the Victorian Labor government of over one million hectares of land.

Having allowed this massive build up of highly combustible leaves, bark and twigs to new extreme levels - no wonder the green zealots are busy trying to create a distraction claiming ‘’climate change did it’’ .........

The ABC understands a Large Air Tanker has crashed while fighting a blaze in southern NSW.
In a statement, the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) said "contact had been lost with a Large Air Tanker which was working in the Snowy Monaro area".
"Local ground crews indicate the aircraft may have crashed," the statement said.
"A number of helicopters are in the area carrying out a search.
"No further information is available at this time."
There is an emergency warning in place for a blaze burning towards Adaminaby, in the Snowy Monaro region.

Air Quality Florey may be due dust in extreme winds.

The Police are investigating that fire at Pialligo, apparently. The air quality was great when I got up this morning, but soon looked like a dust storm was coming and when I checked, there was a fire, so smoke and dust? Bugger. I am beginning to look forward to Winter.

Red/Cods do you ever check the Incident Updates (Emergency Service site is down at the moment). I checked earlier and there were lots of power lines down.

Yeah I did!

Yeah Nef we had a power outage from 2:30pm to 4:30pm,

I said to my missus on the last power outage a couple of days ago

"You know if this continues until 10pm in 9 months time their will be all these new babies born in our suburb !"

Her Reply " Not in this house there wont!"
