Everyone just raves on and I doubt anyone feels threatened. Mostly nobody reads threads in full ...

I don't care about off topic as that's to be expected in any and all topics (unless there are complaints) and I won't ban people just for complaining but we have tons of topics here where people can fight and carry on like pork chops if that's what they want to do but it's a turn off for the few people who actually like to debate a topic for it to be continually trashed with ad hom insults and abuse with nothing else added.

Hence I try to keep the Politics forum relatively free of that behaviour because once one person starts and another responds it just goes on and on and on.
