I agree that women multitask better than men. Men seem to solely focus on one thing at a time even though they often think they are multitasking.

I've also never been bullied at work or in my personal life but I am also selective about who I allow into my inner circle and I have always been capable and in charge in my working life. I wouldn't work for a bullying boss.

Although when I was young and starting out I did work for a couple of jerks who blatantly "tried it on" but I arced up and walked out. I smashed one in the face when he stuck his hand up my skirt and tried to grope me.
