Yeah, maybe, but not all drivers are equal.
A few months ago I was in the Cahil expressway corkscrew and there was an old Chines woman doing about 25/k and couldn't stay in her lane. She was holding the wheel with a death grip and her face nearly against the windshield.
I reckon I could sit in the passenger seat pressing the accelerator with a stick, do double the speed limit and stay in my lane.
