2 days to Christmas

Well, we have survived another year

Despite the despots, the nutcases, the sychophants that want our world destroyed.

Christmas is here.

The family is on their way
The presents are under the tree.
The gorgeous missus has been building up a sweat in the kitchen with all manner of delicious meals.
Friends and family will all start arriving tomorrow, and some on Christmas day.

My beautiful daughter's, my amazing granddaughter, and our friends will eat themselves silly and relax afterward.

Unfortunately, my son and his family can't make it this year, the fires have caused him quite a few issues.
But we will be seeing him in the new year.

The fire fighters did their Xmas collection last night, we have them a couple of hundred, they deserved it.

But there are people out there who are not as fortunate as us.
So we have invited an old couple who have no family.
And any spare food, which there usually is, will be packaged up into a few meals for some of the elderly in our area on Christmas evening.
It's a tradition.

And to make it even easier
Work gave me a ham this year, so there will be heaps left over for our friends.
