"Mr McCormack added that he had been receiving briefings on the bushfire situation in New South Wales and South Australia and the Commonwealth was ready to assist if necessary.
He said Mr Morrison was on his way back to Australia and his flight was expected to land later today.
"Scott Morrison is on his way back to the country and that's a good thing he certainly made it clear that he regrets any offence caused to anyone for him being away," he said."

"AND the Commonwealth was ready to assist if necessary....."
IF NECESSARY....what does it fkn take...isn't it necessary NOW...
HASNT it been necessary for weeks/months/years....
This imbecile is typical of the fuckwits that are running this country into the ground....
They are all fools.....
Australia has had a bushfire problem for decades.....nothing...absolutely nothing is done....
These morons just haven't got a fkn clue....they are clueless.....they are without clue.....
AND scumo says he deeply regrets taking a holiday...he would still be sitting by the pool sipping his martini
if no-one had died.....
Fkn incompetent....should be strung up by the balls....all of them.....
To discover those who rule over you, first discover those who you cannot criticize...Voltaire
Its coming...the rest of the world versus islam....or is it here already...

Quite honestly I don't give a damn if Morrison is in the country or not. I would say the same of Albanese if he were PM.

I only care if enough consideration, relief, compensation and help is afforded to the volunteer fire fighters who have been battling this catastrophe for months.

The way I see it is that Morrison hasn't stepped up to the mark in this regard but Albanese has done nothing to lobby for relief either.

They are both self serving @holes and the Greens should be silenced and extinguished permanently.

So much for belief in freedom of political views, hey, Black Orchid.

You really are a fascist at heart, aren't you? :roll :roll

No idea how you came up with that from what I said but, then again, I have no idea how you come up with anything you say.

Hiya Briney. That must meant that you support the rights of Nazis to free speech, free association, and to maitain their political beliefs? You would not like Nazis to be extinguished or silenced permanently?

Wasn't it Greta who penned this thread in the Yank politics section?

"It's time for the entire US politician system to resign"

And:
Personally, I am getting fed up with the childish tit-for-tat back and forth between the Republicans, the Democrats, el Presidente Trump and everybody else. I think it's time they all packed up and went home and handed the reins of power back to the UK. Queen Elizabeth and even BoJo could do a better job than they seem capable of. Time for the world to have a rest from the bullshit that the US media bombards us with nightly. Time we all had a Christmas present and the whole shebang was handed over to Westminster until the yanks start acting like adults and took responsibility for their own actions. Tsk, tsk.
Where's the political freedom in that?

Tsk tsk!

You should talk. The only freedom of political belief and speech you believe in is if it agrees with your own moonbat ideology!

The Greens are no longer for the environment. The only thing 'green' in them now is their destructive naivety and ignorance. They stopped fire hazard reduction in NSW and the consequences of the DELIBERATELY LIT fires is catastrophic. They should have no influence whatsoever!
