You both seem to ignore the fact that the northern hemisphere is freezing.

I haven't ignored anything.
I allowed the environment forum to present all evidence of
either unusual hot or cold climate/weather.

It's called balance. It's summer and Australia is hot. It's winter elsewhere and they are freezing.

I have posted all the evidence in the other place.
There has been record heat and record cold in the world.

What we have are extremes.

At a basic level, yes, that is correct, Black Orchid. You heat part of the globe up, the heat has to be balanced by the other half of the globe getting colder. Just as we are breaking the heat records, expect the northern hemisphere to start breaking their cold records.

Cant work out how they calculate this figure, but if you want to believe it, the talking heads are telling us that
Australians will spend...wait for it...$18.8 billion on Christmas this year...
Hang on a minute...back the truck up...sorry sled up....didn't they just tell us on the idiot box that the retail
industry is expecting the worst ever Christmas on record.....
$18.8 billion....worst ever retail figures for Christmas....something smells in Jerusalem....
Funny how all the emphasis is on spending and gorging ourselves, yet nothing is mentioned about
the real reason for Christmas....
I suppose on Christmas Day we will have the usual media coverage of a congregation singing hymns in a catholic
church...as though Catholicism is the only religion that celebrates the birth of Jesus.....
No...wait a bit...rumour has it that a camera crew will be at scumo's church whilst he sings praises
to God.....
Whats that old phrase....."Nero fiddled whilst Rome burnt.."
Seems appropriate doesn't it.....
Sing praises to God whilst the country is burnt to a cinder...……..
Thanks God....we all love you...…. :rofl :rofl :rofl
To discover those who rule over you, first discover those who you cannot criticize...Voltaire
Its coming...the rest of the world versus islam....or is it here already...

I love Christmas as much as the next guy, but I'm tired of being pitched to by every retail business on Earth. Now that my kids are grown, I'd like to cancel the gift giving if I could get Mrs. Texan on board. Gifts only for the children. (granddaughter, great nieces, etc.....) I could even give cash to my kids and let them spend it as they want. I'm just tired of being advertised to. That's not Christmas. Besides, the best sales are after Christmas.
