The poor depressed and distressed Lefties just can't cope with the awesome brilliance of ScoMo.

What if ScoMo was sick ? There are standard arrangements for an acting person to take over.

ScoMo was quite correct in ticking off the former Police Boss as she did leave herself wide open.

In any case Dutto is running things like law and order.

And ScoMo can't undo the damage the Greenies have caused by banning the clearing of undergrowth. Probably the fireries are letting the fires burn to clear out the undergrowth.
Talk about "rusted on"

I hate Labor and the Greens as much as anybody on this forum.. though my hatred extends to the full spectrum of people and parties in politics.

Scott Morrison is a scumbag. He tried to sneak out of the country (likely on taxpayers money) to have a nice, relaxing beachside holiday while the country burns. Yeah, fair enough if he is sick.. but he ain't.. scratch that. He's a bible bashing loon but apparently it's politically incorrect to say that if he gets his petty little religious discrimination bill through. So he is fucked in the head, probably thinks that if he prays for the poor bastards who are losing their lifelines to the fires, then that's enough. No.

But people such as yourself will make excuses for him, as his stand-in PM did. "Oh what can he do anyway?"

It really says something when Sarah Hansen Young speaks up and says if it was Tony Abbott, he would probably be here fighting the bush fires alongside the firefighters. :rofl

Like you, I hate and detest all politicians from all parties, state, federal and local government all fall within that hatred.
The sad part about the bushfires is that the federal grubberment blames the state grubberment, and the state grubberment
blames the federal grubberment…by "blame" I mean the lack of funding...lack of back burning caused by the greens etc etc..
But then again...nothing changes in this going down the gurglar country....
Morrison/Albanese..etc theyre all the same...they couldnt govern their way out of a shithouse.....

Tony Abbott IS fighting the bushfires whilst ScoMo is taking a vacation so sorry I don't see Morrison's 'brilliance'. I think he is extremely disappointing.

I would have much preferred Dutton!

Yeah, I can see that. I'm sure you'd have loved his ideas on a police state, right, Black Orchid? Tsk, tsk. :roll

Which is typical with our government. Shit hits the fan, they flounder about to find somebody to blame. and both parties do it regardless of which one is in power.

I mean look at it now... the opposition has used this catastrophe as a means to bitch about climate change policy. They'd rather sit in the confines of their air-conditioned parliament and "debate" (READ: kindergarten mud-flinging) their bullshit than take any real action that does any good for people.

And on the flip-side the Liberals and their rusted on comrades stick up for Morrison... the stupidity is astounding.. lmao.

Now you're a football fan (judging by the Manchester Utd avatar) so you would understand the fanaticism and loyalty that comes with supporting a team. In history, such loyalty has resulted in full on punch-ups and downright violence. Some of the Australian public adopt this similar loyalty and fanaticism; some tie themselves to trees, others go onto these forums and shout how great ScoMo is  Sadly, this narrow-mindedness has resulted in stubbornness and delusions. Barely anybody sees the bigger picture anymore.

I am of the belief that three things fuck and divide the human race. Because of these things, we will devolve rather than evolve.

The three things are...

1. Money/finances/stock market/usury
2. Religion
3. Politics

But above all - stupidity.

Don't you have anything better to do than chase Black Orchid all over the forum with your petty one-liner bs?

And people here stick up for you :rofl take note, next time you feel sorry for Greta Ross, observe how he runs after Orchid like a sick puppy vying for her attention and baiting her.

If we lived in the middle ages, we would have stormed the castles and killed the lot of them.
Thats generally what happens when the peasants revolt...
But, unfortunately, the elite who are killed are then replaced by other elitists (read here..lords..barons…kings..queens...
nowadays simply read... politicians....)
And so the cycle continues....
Makes me want to find a desert island somewhere and live on coconuts and fish....
No wait...Id need a pet dog or three......so theyd have to share the fish....
But youre 100% correct...religion politics and money screw us all...
And we will always be governed by stupid, incompetent politicians...
Thats why the world is rooted.....
But I digress.....as always....

Exactly what did you expect him to do Brian and I am certainly no fan of Morrison as I have already stated? Grab Tonto, jump on Silver and ride out into the bush nationwide to single-handedly catch the dozens of loony fire bugs who have lit the majority of these fires?

It's obviously more of a loony pyromaniac emergency than it is a "climate emergency". Something we have to endure EVERY year!
