I'm saying all teachers (in the public system and our Universities) are forced to abide by the new PC agendas and the progressive left run the Teachers Union and also the Universities. They are focused on transgenders, mum and mum, dad and dad, Aboriginals, boys wearing dresses to school, lowering expectations so that everyone passes, everyone gets a prize etc to the detriment of the basic 3 r's.

I should add that it isn't the left I dislike. Many of my friends are lefties and we agree on most things but I see them now as old school lefties.

The crux of the problem is the idiot teachers and teachers board.

They are so focussed on this ridiculous, perverted gender bull shite and racially biased viewpoint that they no longer have any time to teach the primary things kids need to know.

They may not be able to add up or subtract
But they can tell you each of the 75 different genders

They may have no idea how to read or write
But they know all about the climate change propaganda.

They may have no idea about science
But they a bloody sure that whites are bad and every other backward, brutal primitive race on earth are the salt of the earth.

You have little idea how the education system works, Black Orchid it seems. I know several teachers and my sister-in-law has recently retired as a teacher. All they are forced to teach is the curricular laid out by Government. That curricular is what society wants. Parents are all too often lazy, they demand that schools take over most of their parenting role and teach things they have been unwilling/unable to teach themselves. Most critics of the curricular are self-important wankers as far as I am concerned. They haven't been inside a school room since they left school decades earlier.

There is little "progressive" ideas in the curricular, except that we should treat each other well and respect one another. The Three Rs are still emphasised and so is knowledge about history and the environment. What we read about in the Tabloid MSM is the exceptional, rather than the mainstream.

My kids left school in the last five years and have turned out OK. None are interested in drugs, none are bullies and none are illiterate. All are pursuing further studies or employment. They are happy and have a full life. What else can be asked of them? None are going to win Nobel Prizes in all likelihood but they won't starve either.

Difficult kids, abusive parents, endless admin and less actual teaching. No wonder almost half of new Aussie teachers quit within five years.

Australia is facing an education crisis as hordes of disillusioned and burnt-out teachers flee the profession, with potentially damaging ramifications for the whole country.

Former educators have spoken to news.com.au about the “miserable” conditions driving an estimated 40 per cent of graduates to quit within the first five years of entering the workforce.

And at the other end of the spectrum, a growing number of veterans are walking away from the job in frustration.

“By the time I walked out of that classroom on my very last day as a teacher, I didn’t feel any sadness or regret — just relief,” former teacher Sally Mackinnon, who quit after 13 years, told news.com.au.

“I was at the end of my tether. My time was up. I didn’t want to be a teacher who just didn’t give a crap and was turning up for a job. Kids deserve more than that. They deserve passion and energy. But it’s so hard to maintain that, and I wasn’t alone.”

This is definitely an appalling situation but it doesn't mean that Asians are smarter overall. However, it does mean that Asians are far too clever to allow their education system to be hijacked and overrun by leftard minority 'talking points' to the detriment of a true and meaningful education.

We need to get back to basics before it's too late.

I am not sure why we are falling behind, perhaps Australian kids are being reared by lazy parents that dont push their kids to get better results as the Asians seem to do.

It seems to be a puzzle to all Australian governments state and federal despite how much money they throw at the sector.

I think one of the issues raised, is the reluctance of kids to persue the STEM subjects and then studying Law at university rather than Science. Even more stupid as there is an abundance of law graduates apparently.
