Re: SA & Tassie elections
In marginal seats in the South Australian election, ALP stooges dressed in Family First tshirts and handed out 'how to vote' cards which preferenced Labor. Traditionally, of course, Family First preferences flow to Liberal.
It's a very dirty trick on the part of the ALP and I'm surprised it hasn't gained more traction. I for one would have been pissed off if I had of voted ALP, only to have them use such totally dishonourable tactics.

Re: SA & Tassie elections
It seems a weird thing for Labor to have done. i agree it doesn't seem ethical. I wonder if the report is strictly accurate or gives the wrong impression of what was done.

ALP 26 seats in 47-seat House of Assembly. Did pretty bloody well, eh?
Last two seats were Bright and Mitchell where Kris Hannah, Ind, got booted out by Labor.

Looking more and more like 10 / 9 / 5 / 1.
Nobody I know can remember the last time we had an independent in the lower house. It's getting very exciting!

Re: SA & Tassie elections
Labor can't get more than 10. Denison could go either to the Libs or to Andrew Wilkie (Ind) and they're going to count tonight till Denison's result is known.
Braddon looks likely to go to the Greens' O'Halloran.
Wilkie is a former Green, so I would expect him to be more Green-leaning than Lib. His main campaign was anti-pokies, like Xenophon. He hates Bartlett (as do I).
So it will be either 10/9/5/1 or 10/10/5 with the Greens with the BOP.
You can follow it on the Poll Bludger if you're interested.
