The Real PA my arse

This place is nothing LIKE “the real PA”. It’s become just a bunch of rednecks (with a very few exceptions). The “real PA” was informative, engrossing, balanced and relatively tolerant, without being wishy-washy.

The moderators were helpful and entertaining . It was a place you wanted to go to, unlike this place which is biased, full of racists, intolerance and, frankly, boring and disgusting.

Epic FAIL.

The original PA was rude crude and every sentence had to contain the C word at least 2 or 3 times. If that is what you are after I am sorry we cannot accommodate you.

All the members here have been nothing but nice to you even though you get abusive. Also I know you are a member of Monk's site and at OzPol where you talk to Aussie, yet one of the first posts you made was "Where's Aussie?".

If you are following his sick agenda because I kept booting his socks?

There was absolutely nothing misogynistic, homophobic or racist in the thread you spat the dummy in. You just put your blinkers on and chose to not listen to the truth of the situation then flew off the handle because you were trying to advocate some minority grievance which did not exist.

Perhaps that's something you could try to work on?

I agree with Hebe. I remember... I was a member. The forum back then was more humorous, more clever and the posts were far more educated... even with fluffy bunnies and fucks in their lexicon.

I like the way that Black Orchid has cleaned this place up.

Yes I agree. Black Orchid does a thankless task and inherited a cess pit.

I started out at Deepy's. Aussie was in charge here at the time and most people were leaving in droves with many migrating to Deepy's because PA was an absolute cess pit. It was fractured, chaotic and really ugly. I found out about PA because everyone at Deepy's was complaining bitterly and warned me not to log in here without using a proxy as they said it was dangerous. It was the main topic of conversation there. When Aussie got dumped by FD some people came back but it was badly broken thanks to Aussie. Those who didn't like Deepy and didn't want to sit it out there just left.

AiA had the thankless task of trying to keep it together for years. He brought Animal Mother back too but AM also got run off by Aussie who harassed him relentlessly in his vengeful and obsessive way.

I am still in contact with friends I met in the Yahoo Chat Rooms almost 20 years ago so my advice is that if you consider someone a 'friend' perhaps you should exchange details. You can't go back to a site some 12 years later and expect them to still be there saying the same things. Time does not stand still.

I assume FD used the term THE REAL PA as a slap in the face to Monk who copied and cloned PA. We have since also changed the look of PA to differentiate us from the clone.
