OK well ummm that's just plain weird Gordon. I have never heard of anyone crunching on watermelon seeds before. :rofl

Eating strawberries and blueberries right now dipped in chocolate sauce yum yum!

I've never eaten the rind, but I think I'll give it a go.

I don’t mind watermelon seeds if I’m outdoors. Inside, I’d rather have seedless.

I’ve heard apple seeds contain arsenic, or maybe it’s another fruit.

It's cyanide and it's also in peaches and cherries ... I think. I am making an apple cake tomorrow I will be careful to keep away from the seeds.

The number of seeds per apple varies, but an apple with eight seeds, therefore, contains about 3.92 milligrams of cyanide. A person weighing 70 kilograms would need to eat 143 seeds to reach the lethal dose. That's about 18 whole apples.

Seeds aren't meant to be ingested unless you want to germinate seedlings in your stomach lol
