Spring

Post by Gordon » Wed Sep 18, 2019 12:49 pm

What are you doing in the garden?

60 rolls of turf showed up at 730 this morning and because it was too wet and slippery the guy couldn't get his little forklifty thing down my long steep driveway. Just got them down the driveway, thru the garage/rumpus room, down another 20 stairs and rolled out in pouring rain and howling wing.

Yay for me! Can I have the rest of the week off please?

I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

It's very satisfying laying fresh turf. Soon it will look beautiful and you will be mowing it every weekend. :thumb

We have a hive of native bees.
Suits our Butterfly Forest perfectly, we have lots of flowers for them.

They get pollen from 9 am to 4 pm. No afternoon shift work on that site.

I'ld love lots of money.
Live in a poor area with flowers, birds, butterflies and bees instead.

The forest is good therapy.

Hey sprint. Didn’t you post some pics of your butterfly garden? I seem to recall something like that.

I get in moods where I'd give it all up to have a rough cut timber shack in a forest in the middle of nowhere :)
