Ethics teacher stood down stolen generations

Post by Nicole » Mon Sep 09, 2019 8:41 pm

A volunteer ethics teacher has been stood down from a Sydney primary school for telling students that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Stolen Generations were taken from their families because of poor parenting.

Political correctness gone mad -

now you can lose your job for speaking the truth.

It's an Orwellian dystopia.

There is no truth in what the Teacher said. The reason why children were removed was 'cause of the Government (and church's) belief that the Indigenous people were a dying, "race". This comes clearly through in the statements by the various Government officials of the day.

What I find remarkable is that people are so willing to deny what the various investigations have discovered about the Stolen Generations. The state and federal Governments have admitted that was discovered was true. The Federal Government has apologised. As much as people and moan about it, is what is true. Tsk, tsk.

If you want to abuse your responsibility as a teacher paid for by the State and tell lies, well what can I say, Bobby?

It wasn't a lie - it was the truth.

If what is happening in the aboriginal community today is anything to go by

I can well believe their parenting skills were far from great in days of yore..

all I believe is they thought they were doing the right thing...none of us were there

so we have no idea what really happened....and how it happened...

history is all about learning.........

This article submitted by Nicole is interesting for two reasons.

The first, is that it demonstrates the degree to which schoolchildren have been indoctrinated into unquestioning acceptance of the "stolen generations", that they actually complained to their school authorities when presented with an opposing view. It seems that children are being taught what to think, not how to think.

The second, was the tone of the article by journalist, Jordan Baker. The article was written in a way that suggested how astute the children were for opposing the "ethics" teachers view, and reporting his heresy to authorities, just like any good Hitler Youth or Young Pioneer should do.

If Jordan wishes to give her opinions, then she should do so as a "Opinions" writer instead of writing articles in such as way as to suggest that children should be praised for informing on adults, who hold views contrary to what they have been inculcated with. A balanced article from Jordan might have suggested that the children should do some research themselves to determine for themselves, which position is correct.

Doubtless, the teacher will be replaced by a politically correct "ethics" teacher chosen by the school politburo for their adherence to mainstream PC thought. And the children will continue to learn that you get praised for not thinking, and just accepting the party line.

Pretty soon we will be importing all our teachers because no Aussie will even want to be a teacher. They will also have to be indoctrinated before they indoctrinate our children because they won't know the first thing about Australia. All our children will then speak in broken English and the Aussie 'language' will be a thing of the past. They can even make up Australia's past.

University professors are being suspended for their opinions, a TAFE teacher was recently suspended after a complaint by a smug muslim student and a WA teacher was suspended for restraining a 14 year old punk thug during a fight.

Australia has gone to the dogs.

Brian and Bobby have so quickly relegated this discussion into fake news. Perhaps they need remedial reading lessons. The article clearly points out that this had nothing to do with paid staff and everything to do with the volunteer overstepping their boundaries. Thankfully the students of the school showed zero tolerance towards what the alleged ethics teacher was saying and reported him. All of this I gleaned from reading the article gentleman. Something neither of you did.
