Like Rabbinical courts, hey, Billy? Rather like Canonical courts? Rather like Indigenous Australian Tribal courts?

Sh'ria has no legal standing in Australia. That does not mean there are no Sh'ria courts though. If two or more people agree to have their matter judged by a Sh'ria court, there is basically nothing that the normal legal system can do about it. It is a private matter. That does not mean though, that any decision arrived at has legal standing. They still need to attend a normal legal court to get a legally binding decision. The same goes for Rabbinical and Canonical and Tribal courts.
