Pell says he isnt GUILTY....hence the court case..

was Jesus GUILTY.... I cant remember.

how did he plead.

I dont know what it is about this case

but I feel if he was guilty of child abuse I get the feeling he would have pleaded guilty...

I see him as a man of faith....I dont think he would lie about that in the face of God......

what had he to lose?....he was/is damned already...

so his Appeal is dismissed.... 2-1..

if they cant agree... there is something wrong somewhere...

this was a pretty simple case.. if it wasnt Pell I doubt it would have got a mention...

this wasnt about one or was it two boys being abused..

no it was about every child who was abused

is Pell a Paedophile? I seriously dont think so...but!! the court says otherwise.

Did I see that Pell has 28 days to appeal, again? What rubbish, just making the lawyers richer.

it was the High court of Victoria that has rejected his appeal nef....

I am not convinced the Legals in Vic always get it right.

Personally, I don't agree with this decision but a High Court appeal is on the table and I hope they go that route. Probably won't though.

I see Pell being used as a scapegoat for the Church and even though he may have been guilty of cover ups I don't believe he was guilty of what he was charged with. Nor do I believe the evidence was anything but weak, sketchy and dodgy.

It could end up like the Lindy Chamberlain case -
eventually she was found not guilty.

I wonder what the legal costs are?
I guess over$1 million?
